The Devil I Hate by Jillian Quinn My rating: 5 of 5 stars Note: I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Another Note: This is a series. Please read in order as the first book ends in a cliffhanger. First book is The Devil I hate. Next book is The Devil I Crave. Trigger warnings: Bullying, sexual themes, swearing, dark tones. Holy wow - and I thought I couldn't love villain romances more. I just loved Luca...he was my ultimate book boyfriend. The way he talked and totally owned the show and his chemistry with Alex...mm, I fell for it, hook line sinker. I just don't have enough words to say how much I enjoyed this fast paced, steamy, emotionally heartbreaking, and devilish book a whole lot. Alex was my girl too, to be honest. Smart, sexy and confident, I think she was on equal levels with Luca all the time, letting him know that she wasn't backing down either from their arrangement. There was chemistry, some good intelligent brains before, and Michael was wonderful. But the female got on my nerves.
